Then: Sends a holding reply and alerts you straight away.
03NOT A FIT
A job you don't do, or somewhere you don't cover.
Then: Sends a polite no, so nobody's left waiting.
04NEEDS INFO
Interested, but missing what you need to quote.
Then: Asks the one question it needs answered.
05NEEDS HUMAN
Complaints, money disputes, anything unclear.
Then: Sends nothing. Passes it to you with a short summary.
06IGNORE
Spam, sales pitches, your own emails.
Then: No reply. Kept out of your leads.
