How it works

Installation guide

From "this job eats my week" to a machine doing it, in three steps. You don't learn any new software along the way.

The steps

Teardown, build, run.

Tools required
  • Your email inbox
  • A spreadsheet of jobs
  • 20 minutes of your time

No new software to learn. No login to remember.

Step 1Free

Teardown

A 20-minute call. You show us the job that eats your week. We draw the machine that would do it, and what it would save.

Step 2Fixed price

Build

We build it on your own accounts, test it on your real data, and show you the test log before it goes live.

Step 3Monthly

Run

It clocks in every day. We look after it and send you what it did. Anything risky waits for your OK.

Questions

The ones business owners actually ask.

Q01Do I need to learn new software?

No. You keep using your inbox and your spreadsheet. The machine works in the background and sends you what it did. There's no dashboard to log in to.

Q02Whose accounts does it run on?

Yours. Each business gets its own setup with its own keys, so your data never sits alongside anyone else's.

Q03What if it gets something wrong?

Anything it isn't sure about goes to you instead of the customer. Every email it sends is logged, so you can see exactly what went out and when.

Q04Will it send something I wouldn't?

Anything risky waits for your OK. The rules that matter are built into the machine: the Invoice Chaser can't change an amount or make threats, and if the AI writes something that breaks a rule, a safe template goes instead.

Q05Which businesses is it for?

Small service businesses that live in their inbox: agencies, clinics, estate agents, trades, online shops. If people email you for quotes and you chase them for money, it's probably you.

Q06What does it cost?

A fixed price to build, then a monthly price per machine. You get the exact numbers after the free teardown, once we know what the job is.

Q07What happens on the teardown call?

20 minutes. You walk us through the job you'd most like gone. We sketch the machine that would do it, what it would need from you, and what it would save. You keep the sketch either way.

Q08What's Brightline Plumbing?

A made-up business we built so every machine can be tested on realistic data before anyone hires it. It isn't a client, and we'll never say it is.
